AIR JORDAN

Niketown New York now has a display that seems like something a Hall of Fame would house–a history of the Air Jordan line done in an extremely simple white and red colorway. The goal in choosing to have the sneaker in an all white upper is to allow the outlines and contours of each sneaker to speak for itself–uninterrupted by busy color schemes or tooling. Each sneaker is all white, apart from the red outsole and quilted lining. A few models have slight variations on the theme, like the laser etching on the Air Jordan XX (20) and the reconsidered upper of the Air Jordan XIII (23).
